The hotel had great amenities, including a delicious breakfast and comfortable beds. The key location was perfect for exploring the city and located very close to public transportation. The staff was courteous and polite throughout my stay.
The rooms were a bit outdated and need some renovation. Although I enjoyed the amenities, there was a subtle smell of smoking in the hallways that made me a bit uncomfortable.

Being close to the airport station made it incredibly convenient for my travel to Narita airport. The rooms on the upper floors had a fantastic view, and I was lucky enough to catch a glimpse of Mount Fuji. The staff was friendly and spoke English well, which made communication a breeze. The breakfast selection was impressive, with a good mix of Japanese and American options to choose from.

Great location close to station and shops, ideal for city trips. The room was nicely furnished and had a good view of the city. Staff was pleasant and helpful, and the buffet breakfast was pretty decent.
There were a few downsides to my stay. The smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor was annoying, and the carpets looked old and worn.

Stayed here during the new year holiday. the train station was very close and made it easy to travel around. the room was spacious and had a great view of the city. the breakfast had a good mix of Japanese and Western food, which was a nice touch.
The hotel had a subtle smoking smell in the corridors which wasn't ideal, but it wasn't noticeable in the rooms. the carpet in the corridor was a bit old and could use updating.
